How Partners Are Billed & What’s Included

💳 How Partners Are Billed & What’s Included

At EverythingCloud, we aim to keep billing simple, transparent, and scalable as your client base grows. This section breaks down how we bill partners, what’s included in that pricing, and how discounts are applied based on volume.

🧾 Monthly Billing Model

We bill our partners monthly, based on the total Managed Cloud Spend (MCS) across all active clients under your account. This is the combined AWS, Azure, or GCP spend of all clients you’re managing through the EverythingCloud platform.

You’ll receive one invoice per month, listing:

  • Each client under management
  • Their individual cloud spend
  • The effective rate applied after your discount
  • Total due

💸 How Discounts Work (Tiered Pricing)

Our pricing is based on a tiered discount structure, depending on how much total cloud spend you manage across all clients. Here’s how it works:

  1. We look at your total managed spend each month.
  2. Based on the current tier you’re in, we apply the corresponding discount.
  3. That discounted rate is used to calculate your monthly invoice.

📥 Appendix A – Pricing Table

Refer to Appendix A in the Partner Agreement for the full pricing table by cloud spend range. This allows you to forecast your margins and know exactly what to expect as your client base grows.

💡 When onboarding a new client, we’ll work with you to determine the correct pricing tier based on your current managed spend, and apply your discount accordingly.

Explanation

Setting Partner Discount:
The Partner’s discount level is based on the total cloud spend under management across all customers. Your specific discount percentage is detailed in Section 4 of your individual partner agreement. Discount levels are reviewed and adjusted (up or down) on the first day of each calendar quarter (January 1, April 1, July 1, October 1).

Determining the Partner’s Bill

1. When a new customer is added under the Partner’s environment, the system reviews that customer’s current cloud spend across all connected cloud accounts (“Cloud Credentials”).
2. The customer’s total cloud spend determines what EverythingCloud charges the Partner for that customer, minus the Partner’s discount.
3. The customer’s onboarding fee and monthly billing amount (billed by EverythingCloud to the Partner) are determined using the pricing tiers defined in Appendix A. We refer to this as the customer’s “tier”.
4. Each customer’s tier is locked in for 12 months and reviewed on their renewal date.

Disclaimer: If a customer’s cloud spend increases by more than 50% due to the addition of new

Cloud Credentials, EverythingCloud reserves the right to review and adjust associated fees.

Example

1. The Partner’s total managed cloud spend is $400,000/month, placing them in the 70% discount tier.
2. A new customer with $100,000/month in cloud spend is added.
3. The standard onboarding fee is $4,000 → After 70% discount, the Partner pays $1,200.
4. The standard monthly fee is $2,300 → After 70% discount, the Partner pays $690/month.
