This section outlines our Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and what partners can expect from us when it comes to handling support requests.
🎯 Our Standard SLA Response Times

🛠 Critical issues receive immediate attention from both support and engineering.
📨 How to Submit Support Requests
- Preferred Method: Email support@everythingcloud.com (or your white-labeled support address)
- Please include:
- Client name
- Issue summary + steps to reproduce (if applicable)
- Urgency level (P1–P4)
- Screenshots or examples
🤝 Expectations from Both Sides
From Us (EverythingCloud):
- Timely responses based on priority
- Clear, helpful updates throughout the resolution process
- Escalation to technical teams or leadership when needed
- Post-resolution summary or root cause (if applicable)
From You (Our Partner):
- First triage where possible (see “How Support Works”)
- Clear, concise information when escalating
- Prompt responses if we need more info
- Client communication when needed (we’re here to help craft responses if needed!)

We also offer proactive support — flagging cost anomalies, optimization opportunities, and usage trends before they become problems. This is above and beyond SLA but part of the value we deliver to partners and their clients.
