To provide a fully branded, white-labeled version of EverythingCloud for your clients, we require a few key assets and configurations from your team. This ensures your console looks and feels like your own product — with your logo, domain, and messaging — while we power everything behind the scenes.
Setting this up is a one-time process and typically takes 5-10 business days once we have everything we need.
✅ What We Need From You
Here’s a checklist of the items required to launch your white-labeled EverythingCloud portal:
- Branding
- ✅ Your logo (transparent PNG preferred)
- ✅ Favicon (optional but recommended)
- ✅ Brand kit (primary & secondary colors)
- URL Configuration
- ✅ The URL you want to use for the console (e.g. console.yourdomain.com)
- ✅ DNS access or support to configure a CNAME record
- Product Details
- ✅ The name you want to use for the product (e.g. “CloudInsight by [Your Company]”)
- ✅ Copy for system-generated messages (e.g. “Thanks for registering with [Your Product Name]”)
- Email Setup
- ✅ The email address you’d like to send system notifications from (e.g. no-reply@yourdomain.com)
- ✅ Support email address (if EverythingCloud is providing Tier 1 support)
- Stripe (optional)
- ✅ Stripe API keys + Product ID (if you want to automate billing and client subscriptions)
- Partner Access
- ✅ List of users from your team who should have full admin access to the platform
- ✅ Shared mailbox for meetings and partner communications (e.g. finops@yourdomain.com)
- ✅ Support escalation contact
